At Booth Leads, we are committed to providing high-quality, verified photobooth leads. Because leads are digital, time-sensitive products, we do not offer monetary refunds. However, eligible leads may qualify for a return or replacement under the conditions outlined below.

🔄 Lead Returns / Replacements

You may request a lead return only for the following valid reasons:

📞 Invalid Contact Information
The phone number provided does not work or is disconnected.

🛡️ Unauthorized Submission
The client’s details were submitted without their knowledge or permission.

⚠️ Fraud or Phishing
The lead is attempting to collect seller information, is clearly fraudulent, or originates from a competitor.

❌ Not Eligible for Returns

🚫 Client booked another provider
The client chose to book someone else.

🤷 Client changed their mind
The client decided not to move forward with booking.

📵 No response from client
The client does not respond to calls, WhatsApp messages, SMS, or emails.

✅ Verification Process

All return requests are subject to verification.

Once submitted, our team will conduct a review which includes calling and emailing the lead directly to confirm eligibility. If the lead meets the return criteria, a replacement lead or credit will be issued accordingly.

We reserve the right to make the final determination on all return requests.
