What Is Leadbooth?

Leadbooth is a marketplace where event enquiries (leads) are generated through advertising campaigns and then sold to photobooth suppliers who want to book more events.

Instead of photobooth companies running and managing their own ads, Leadbooth centralises marketing and supplies ready-to-contact event enquiries.

How does your product/service work?

If the average photobooth booking is £300–£600:

  • Even a 1 in 10 conversion rate could be profitable

  • At £5.95 max per lead, 10 leads = £59.50

  • One booking can cover that spend and have a healthy profit

It allows members to scale their bookings without running their own ads or managing marketing.

How much do each lead cost?

Lead pricing varies depending on the platform the enquiry was generated from, as advertising costs differ across channels. However, we cap our pricing to ensure affordability — our maximum charge per lead is £5.95, regardless of source.

This may be subject to change but each lead is clearly price marked befor purchase.

How many times is the same lead sold?

When comparing lead exclusivity, Leadbooth offers suppliers a stronger competitive position. Boothleads enquiries are sold a maximum of 3 times, meaning members face less competition when contacting a client. In contrast, platforms such as Bark and Add to Event can distribute the same lead to up to 5 vendors.

Why Pricing Varies

Different platforms have different advertising costs:

  • Some platforms generate cheaper but higher-volume leads

  • Others generate more targeted, higher-intent enquiries
